The service
Dutchworks provides software and accountability tools for personal practice, planning, and reminders. The service is a tool for reflection and follow-through; it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Accounts and your content
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for the content you choose to enter. You give Dutchworks the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. You keep ownership of your content.
SMS program
SMS reminders are optional. If you enable them, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You may also turn off SMS in the product or contact [email protected].
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature as the service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will meet every personal goal.
